The App lists publicly announced class action settlements, including who may qualify and the deadline to file, and links to settlement websites. It also lets you track claims you have filed. By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is an information tool. We are not a law firm, we do not represent you, and nothing in the App is legal advice. Eligibility rules, deadlines, and payout amounts come from public settlement notices and can change or contain errors. Always confirm the details on the official settlement website before filing.
All claims are filed on the settlement administrator's website, not through the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit there. Knowingly filing a false claim may be illegal. We have no control over whether a claim is approved or paid.
The App offers paid subscriptions purchased through Apple. The offer, price, and terms are shown in the App before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Data you enter is stored on your device. We do not back it up for you. See our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the App to file fraudulent claims, to scrape or redistribute its content, or in any way that breaks the law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App, including missed deadlines, rejected claims, or inaccurate settlement information. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
We may update the App or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the App at any time.
These terms are between you and the developer of the App, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
